
I then updated my Intel ProSet/Wireless Software to from 20.70.0 to the latest one - 20.110.0 I then installed the latest KB4476976 and the OS Build matched the January 22, 2019-KB4476976 (OS Build 17763.292). I uninstalled a previous version of the KB4476976 because my OS Build did not match the ( OS Build 17763.292). I then updated to the latest Intel ProSet/Wireless software driver to the 20.110.0 and tested again with success! I am pretty sure my issue was still not resolved even after running the latest updated version of the There was also a pre-requisite KB4470788 that was installed and the date matched.

I uninstalled it - rebooted and then installed the stand-alone KB4476976 update - the build then matched the update. When I checked my machine - the build did not match even though the update was installed - it looks like they re-released it? This all stopped working around Januit looks there was a security for January 2019 that had a security update of KB4476976. I upgraded the Intel ProSet/Wireless software to the latest version of 20.110.0 and tried again. My troubled machine - originally upgraded from 1803 to 1809 was running the Intel ProSet/Wireless Software version 20.70.0. It worked! I was able to connect to vpn - get to the internet and use the Edge browser and navigate to multiple sites without issue. I installed my Cisco VPN client, Symantec 14.x, Cisco AMP 6.1.7x and tested my connectivity to the internet once connected to vpn. Installed the Lenovo System updates and checked the wireless driver on the machine.

I setup another machine for testing - fresh install of Windows 10 1809. Well, I have resolved this issued by updating the Intel ProSet/Wireless Software.
